SERT groundbreaking ceremony took place on March 20th, 2018. Minister of EPA, Chang Tzi-Chin, and President, Yang, Ching-Yu, hosted the ceremony and invited Director of EPB, Jui-Hun,Chang,, Section Chief of Fire Department, Liou,Guan-Heng,, Director, Yu,Pei-Jhou,, Deputy directorLai,Shun-Min and Industrial Park Service Center of MOEA. SERT is the first professional training ground in Taiwan established exclusively for toxic chemical disaster preparedness and response.
