Southern Emergency Response Training and Logistics Center

Design Concept
Following the principle of simplicity, the design of the Center incorporates some common elements in industrial buildings as round steel structures, wire mesh platforms, and steel ladders to create training spaces that blend in well with the existing teaching spaces of the university, thereby highlighting the harmonious coexistence of the Center and the university.
The characteristics of the industrial space reflect the fact that the buildings are intended for the training of toxic chemical disaster preparedness and response, while the red tiles and gray architectural concrete echo the features of the campus, presenting a combination of the educational and practical functions of the Center. The simplicity of the buildings clearly defines the public space and routes, achieving effective space allocation.
