專業應變人員同等級資格認可與換證資訊
一、簡介
近期「毒性及關注化學物質環境事故專業應變諮詢機關（構）認證及管理辦法」及「毒性及關注化學物質專業應變人員管理辦法」業已通過，透過法規核定合格的毒化災應變人員訓練單位，學員參加核定之訓練機構課程測驗通過即可取得應變人員證照；倘若在專業應變人員管理辦法施行前已取得國際或中央主管機關辦理應變人員證書者，只要符合該辦法第21條情形之一者，得申請換證我國同等級應變人員證書。
二、符合換證說明
經「毒性及關注化學物質專業應變人員同等級資格認可與換證」審查小組會議結論，為讓申請換證者得於申請前自行檢視是否符合換證規定，提供目前經審核通過之國際訓練及發證單位、發證型態及對應之級別，利於申請者進行簡易判別， 下列表格為符合「毒性及關注化學物質專業應變人員管理辦法」第21條第1項第1、2款規定一覽表：
